TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This is the sum insured in the case of severe disability. In the other types of permanent disability provided for in the general conditions, the insured sum will be determined by the percentage established there depending on the case, applied to the capital for major disability.

1. Centers included in the health care framework agreements derived from traffic accidents and their annexes in force on the date of the accident, published on www.unespa.es.
2. Unless different limits are indicated in the health care framework agreements derived from traffic accidents and their annexes in force on the date of the accident, in which case what is determined therein will apply.

Remember to check the expiration date of your driving license, since if it is not valid, we will not be able to rent you a car.

The rental for our category A, B, D and E cars is full risk with an excess of €150, while for category F, the excess is €300. What does this mean? It means that in case the car suffers any damage while it is in your care, you will have to pay €150 in the first case, or €300 in the second to cover the repair costs.

The second and third driver are included free in the price.

Traffic fines will be the responsibility of the client.

As a general rule, we do not rent cars for less than 4 days.

Regarding fuel, you will have to return the vehicle to us with the same amount of fuel as when we delivered it to you.
